Customer Reviews
Another good order from them
This was my third time ordering from Atlanta Cutlery. I picked up a couple of throwing knives and a sharpening kit this round. Just like my previous orders (a civil war saber and some reenactment gear), everything arrived exactly as expected. They're consistent with shipping times and product quality. The throwing knives are decent, good for practice, and the sharpening kit works well. It's why I keep coming back, can count on them.
Decent sword, iffy packaging
I ordered a US 1860 Light Cavalry Saber. The saber itself is nice for the price, seems well-made for a reproduction. Shipping took about a week, which is fine. My only real gripe was the packaging; the box was a bit beat up on one end, though the sword inside was okay. Could be a bit more secure for something like that.
Cool kukri, fast ship
Got the Nepalese Standard Issue Kukri. It came pretty quick, like 4 days. Looks good, feels solid. Happy with it for sure.
Detailed review of a good purchase
I bought a Damascus Bowie Knife and also a leather care kit. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no confusing steps. I placed the order on a Monday evening, and it shipped out by Wednesday morning. It arrived at my place in Arizona on Saturday, so pretty standard shipping time, about 5 days total transit. The Bowie knife is impressive, the Damascus pattern is very clear and the blade feels balanced. It came reasonably sharp, but I used the leather care kit on the sheath which made it look even better. Customer service answered a question I had about blade oil within a few hours via email which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience and the products were as described.

Anyone compared Atlanta Cutlery to Kult of Athena for medieval stuff? Curious about quality differences.
Is their military discount decent? Thinking of getting a Civil War saber and every bit helps.
So, if I get a medieval sword and it's not quite what I expected, how bad is the return process?
Hey guys, thinking about grabbing one of those kukris. Are they actually like, real deals or just wall hangers?
Are the 'battle ready' swords actually, like, meant for hitting stuff or is that just marketing fluff?
